Same.  Some of the perceived slow down may be the hitstop that Twilight Princess uses.  When you hit a bunch of guys it can seem like the game framerate lurches.

Ah yes, I forgot about that. That could be misinterpreted as slowdown, though in fact the game actually doesn't drop frames when this occurs.

It's worth noting also that TPHD actually runs smoother than the internally developed Wind Waker HD.
