Add a Hard Mode to the games. Yeah I know I can make it harder on myself with challenges, but it can't be too time consuming to just ramp up the levels of enemy trainers, or increase the variety in gyms or field battles.
Release 3rd games again. People on forums might complain about it being an annual release, but who the heck cares. Passionate fans can get the 3rd game on top of the previous one/two, prudent fans can wait and avoid the first one/two, and people who aren't interested can just not buy it...as we're being forced to now essentially.
A sequel to Conquest would be amazing. Easily my favorite spinoff.
But that's just what I want. If I'm only thinking about profit...I guess I would just make sure Pokemon Go is supported better.
