From a competitive point of view, it's good. I also like it's origin. It's based off of the pagan tradition of people blaming fairies for the loss of small objects, like shoes and keys. Bulbapedia also mentions it may also be based on the superstition of carrying an iron charm to ward off fae mischief. So even design wise it was well thought out. Not to mention it's got one of the cutest PokeDex entrees ever, "Klefki loves to collect keys and will confront opponents with a fierce jingle of their collection." XD
