Speaking as someone who is not a Paper Mario fan by any means; (Never played Sticker Star. Never played Super Paper Mario. Never played Thousand Year Door. I have played the original via the Virtual Console on the Wii, but I stopped around a quarter of the way through because of some life situations that needed my attention, and I haven't gone back to it since), Color Splash looks like it'll be a pretty enjoyable experience.
