Best third party N64 game

This one was much harder than the SNES list, as there were less clear front-runners among the all-time/favourite lists.

Had to make some tough calls to fit within the 10 option limit of VGChartz, so regrettably, there were many games that came close but ultimately landed in the "other" section, like Space Station Silicon Valley, Harvest Moon, Ogre Battle, Bomberman, and Shadows of the Empire.
