And DQXI was announced at the same time, likely the formal annoucement of this is being saved for the official NX unveil. 

NX will be the lead platform in Japan, if it can run some version of S-E ports, there's no reason it shouldn't get all their major titles to be honest. 

Vita/3DS are winding down and XBox One hasn't been great for Japanese devs, NX is the natural go to outside of PS4, and it will outsell the PS4 quickly in Japan to boot IMO. 

I think Square-Enix, Capcom, Level 5, Sega, and Bandai-Namco will be big supporters of the NX. Western devs is more of an open question.
