Finished watching Jojo Part 3 Stardust Crusaders, what a great finale, Jojo at its finest. While still a good show as a whole, it wasn't as good as Phantom Blood or Battle Tendency for me. Sometimes the pace felt a bit slow (tho at least it wasn't 100 episodes long or something like that) and the element of strategy wasn't as crazy as the previous part. Other than that, it still retains that style that makes Jojo fantastic, the Stands add a whole new level of creativity when it comes to the battles and it was certainly a bizzare adventure. Joseph was my favorite Jojo so far...but I did have a soft spot for the format of Stardust Crusaders. Even if it was unbelievably campy with its villain-of-the-week writing, seeing them visit different countries in every mode of transportation imaginable was amusing to watch. I was a lot more attached to the core team in Stardust Crusaders then I was in the first two arcs. Nothing bested Polnareff's bathroom misadventures.

I'm curious what you'll think of Part 4. The format is a bit different again...but not bad either. Okuyasu is pretty great.
