Nintendo is not the CIA, the CIA actually leaks more, lol. Kidding aside all Nintendo has to say is please don't discuss our supply deals until we formally unveil our device first.
It's just a common business courtesy. Nintendo clearly has NDAs on all things NX related. AMD breaches this protocol because they are desperate as their business is in the shitter and they need something to placate their stockholders. Nvidia is in no such position.
