Working through lvl 22 now... I have no sympathy for you, it's 100k to go from 22>23 the rise in EXP required for the later levels is just nuts. 20 is 50k 21 is 75k 22 100k I can see where this is going fairly fast lol, and the sad thing is the best way to get exp in Pokemon go is just to get pidgeys, weedles and kakunas, evolve them once and grind that into candy, that fact never changes regardless of level you are. worked it out that this level is going to take me 800 weedles in total :D fairly crazy amount of "grinding"

 

As for the new tracking thing, should be sort of cool, still just gives you a slight idea of the Pokestop that the guy might be around, but still in a large radius around the stop that could be huge, at least it's better than the 3step bug or the current version of "this could be near you... wouldn't you like to know where?" The current "tracker" just more of a teaser really, does nothing to show you where they might actually be, just teases you with what you are missing by the tracker being non functional.
