Pokémon XY sold 1.7 million first NPD (4 weeks), while ORAS 1.5 million (2 weeks, inc Black Friday).
I honestly believe Moon/Sun will crush those numbers. GO effect in the west is gonna be huge, both US and Europe.
Expect less from Japan, but still a better launch.
