It would be pretty huge for a phone though ... this thing is probably going to have to be the size of the Wii U tablet if not slightly bigger in some ways.
A Tegra X1 is way too hot to run inside a iPhone sized casing too ... even the Nvidia Shield console which is about the size of a Wii U tablet pad still requires an actual fan to actively cool the chip at times.
Maybe they will go with 4G models though because if it runs mobile games, some games may require data but that likely would be just for game purposes not for phone functions.
