This just sounds like bad PR spin right? or am I the only one?
I honestly think it would be refreshing if they actually just acknowledged they messed up instead of going "it was bad PR", which wasnt nearly as big a issue as they make it out to be, its just a excuse.

^ if they where honest they wouldnt shift blame onto PR firms.
They would admit most of the issues where self caused, by badly though out hardware and software titles that didnt take advantage of said hardware (gamepad).
This isnt honest at all, this is them passing the blame on to someone other than themselves, when most of that burden should be on their shoulders.
