If Nintendo releases a console that isn't static for at least 5 years then I'm leaving console gaming entirely. I have no interest in buying a console more often than that. I also am not in favor of buying a console and then having certain versions of games 'upgradable' if I purchase extra shit.
Static console for 5 years or I'm out.
