I would but I'm pretty put off by the art style and the dripping testosterone.

Make a Jojo with switched genders and a modern art style and I'm all in.

Most people are put off by the art style. But like Lucky said, it's a great series if you give it a chance. If anything the art style is actually a parody of manly anime, hence why they pose a lot and the author took a lot of inspiration from the fist of the north star art. The art style does change after  Part 3 to a more stylish art without any big muscles thankfully and looks really good. Just giving the first few episodes a shot should give you an idea of how the show really is. Also, part 6 is actually mostly girls, but that ain't being animated for a while :P and all Jojos have strong female characters, so it's not only guys.

Sadly that doesn't work for me. I am a person that watches a minimum of 20 animes every season, usually around 25. I already have to limit myself to the animes that really interest me. So if there is an anime that does not instantly entice me by art style, theme or PV I have to let it go. As long as I have trouble to keep up with animes that are actually interesting there is no room for side adventures.
