There are several combinations where you couldn't even put two WiiU games on 32GB. And that's completely disregarding the space the OS needs (which on WiiU is already 5GB). Then you're still talking about WiiU games. If anything, file sizes are going to increase. 32GB would be way waaaaay too low.
