You forgot one episode it was hinted at. The last episode of Batman TAS: Batgirl Returns. She had her daydream of liking Batman.

Yes.  I forgot about that.  Though, to justify that entire story arc in Batman Beyond and his entire fetish on the subject (Apparently Batgirl and Batman has been hinted at for 50 years.) on that one episode is just stupid.  It's stupid and didn't need to be brought back here.  Batgirl putting her costume away because she got fed up with Batman (I'm against that characterization of Batman too BTW.) would have made more sense than her seducing Batman and giving up being Batgirl cause Batman isn't responding to her feelings.  It's poor characterizations and is the greatest thing Timm has done wrong.  Not just in this movie I mean.
