The anime is alright. If you like futuristic school action and tournaments it's above average. Visuals are great. The OP is a good indication of it. It's really underrated because even though it clearly is your typical harem visual novel it doesn't dwell on it. There is too much going on for the female characters to constantly fawn over the male MC. It actually packs a good amount of serious story.
BTW if you like the music you might want to follow the singer. She's called Shiena Nishizawa and is only 19 years old. She plays guitar and is an awesome live performer.
So far her only singles are the OPs for Asterisk and the ED of Kantai Collection. But if you listen to it you will see she has some serious musical talent and I can't wait to hear more from her.

Might give it a shot, I like harem animes and if this one actually has a decent plot, then that alone is pretty impressive.
As for Shiena, honestly can't believe she's just 19 years old! The songs are amazing and I definetly do want to hear more of her, so I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves and get more opportunities to show her talent as well.
