LOL, the poll options are great. Good job Farsala.

Even as a joke though, I'd have to say Psycho Pass. The first season was so interesting, filled with great characters, mystery, philosophical commentary, and ends on such a great note. Akane's dilemma during the final arc, and her conversation with Kogami when they're going after Makishima, really makes you question whether or not the Psycho Pass system is justified in their society. It also has one of the greatest anime villains I've ever seen. Basically a fusion of Professor Moriarty and The Joker, he was so twisted and yet so interesting at the same time, and I couldn't get enough of him.

Then we have 2nd Season: LOL Evil Brains Edition. The tension was wasted with constant death scenes, the animation was  lousy half the time, and the villain's backstory didn't even make sense. Heck, the whole season just seemed to introduce chaos and hope people would it find it interesting, when in reality it just made the whole system their society was based on seem really stupid and easy to screw with. It went from a complex, all-encompassing system engrained in everyone's daily life into basically just an evil brain-trust that everyone and their mother can cheat. And don't get me started on the mama's boy.

I still need to see the movie...though 2nd season was so dissapointing, I basically lost interest in the series. Maybe I'll watch season 1 again to revive my interest.

Darker than Black: Season 2 was also disapointing in comparison to the first, but had a lot more redeeming qualities than Psycho Pass' second season.
