I still have quite a bit of backlog so I don't watch a lot of airing animes, but the ones I'm watching are great so far: Re Zero and both Danganronpa are awesome, Mob Psycho seems promising, and ReLIFE was really fun to watch (it's from this season but already released in a single batch online). Oh, Shokugeki no Soma 2nd is also pretty good IMO, even if it's nothing new or outsanding (one more shounen basically). Didn't watch anything else yet, but it will be a satisfying season for me if these shows keep going with this quality.

I'll pretty much watch anything. I have a MyAnimeList profile in my sig that contains some of my favorites and you can sort my completed list by score. Feel free to push things higher up my priority list. |
O_O
And I thought that I was watching a lot of animes! Impressive list, not sure if I can really help you to find anything new ^^. Well, in your "Currently watching" list that you haven't really watched yet (or not entirely, if it's up to date), I would suggest the following ones :
Ajin (the animation is weird and sometimes pretty bad, but the show is worth it anyway),
finish Boku dake ga inai machi (of course... The ending is not that good and you can read the alternative ending in the manga, but the rest of the show is just amazing... Boku dake ga inai machi Gaiden also started as a manga to explore some things further),
Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou (great romantic comedy! One of the most interesting female protagonist I've seen for this kind of anime... I suggest to read the manga after the anime though because the anime ends in the middle of nowhere),
Boku no Hero Academia (a classic shounen, basically Naruto in the One Punch Man world, but really well done),
Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren (if you watched the first season, it's almost just as good),
Death Parade (weird, psychological, poetic, great show),
Gakkougurashi! (it's better if you know nothing about it, but anyway a fun mix of different genres and feelings),
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (not a shoujo at all obviously, just an awesome school comedy),
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (Konosuba, it could be kind of a hit-or-miss comedy, but as a former roleplayer I sometimes really laughed out loud because I recognized stupid situations my group has been in, great comedy if you like the first 2-3 episodes),
Nisekoi 1st season and 2nd (really depends on your tastes too, I like stupid harem animes with misunderstandings so I find this anime fun, but then hated a lot of the following parts of the manga when it tried to become more serious and dramatic),
No Game No Life (you started it, continue! Awesome show IMO),
One Punch Man (I think it lacks a bit of something like a deeper plot compared to the hype about it, but still great, a must-watch),
Prison School (mixed feelings about this one, I really hate one of the characters like I never did before and dislike a lot of the scenes she's in, but the overall series is great and original),
Samurai Champloo (a classic),
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku (2nd season, even better than the first),
Zankyou no Terror (again, it lacks a bit of something for me, maybe because I wanted even more of it, but a really good thriller nonetheless),
and Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo (my biggest surprise this year, it got good scores but the synopsis looked like a stupid ecchi... I was wrong, not an ecchi at all, it's a great comedy).
You can obviously add to the list the current animes I talked about above, and maybe these ones (that I didn't find on your list): Sakurasou no pet na kanojo (romantic comedy with good loads of laughs and feels), Seitokai Yakuindomo second season and 2nd OVAS (if you liked the first one, obviously... Oh, apparently you didn't, sorry about that ^^). I hope it will help you to enjoy some series sooner :D
