Arrrgh this annoys the hell out of me. Don't hire based on race/sex/creed, hire based on qualifications. If people want to increase diversity, make more of the "minority" (For some reasons Asians don't count) get interested in tech field by scholarships and grants. Hell all these pro minority groups, you should be addressing high school, and the value of actually having that degree.
