Why Mario Kart Wii couldn't get "AAA" from critics.

I mean come on I have seen a kart N64 vs. Wii version comparison. Yes the new game looked better but it was the same level and the same game. Thats a bit over the top.

But it is. Yes, it has retro tracks, but i can't see your point. MKWii is propably the last game you should be complaining for not bringing anything new to the game. @Gotchaye: You just gave a reason for every game to score below 9. Besides the game is skill dependant and it fits offline parties extremely well.
