Really enjoyed Amanchu! ep 2. Pikari is so funny and adorable. Her little disappointed whistle sounds when she got robbed of pressing the bus stop button were awesome.
I've started rewatching Girls und Panzer and I'm still impressed with how well-made it is. I sometimes rewind because of scenes where the different characters will have different reactions to something. I remember scoffing at this anime, once upon a time, but it's actually really good and a high quality effort.

Actual anime news. New SHAFT anime for next season has a great staff mostly comprised of people that worked on the Monogatari series and Madoka Magica. It's called Sangatsu no Lion or March comes in like a Lion. Might be worth a look when it airs. |
It was a matter of time. Sangatsu no Lion manga has been gathering all kinds of critical acclaim and popularity. It's been nominated for and won several big awards.
