I mean, right now Pokémon GO's success and audience shows there's a large group filled with nostalgia for gaming who are no longer in the gaming scene. Those who don't see the point cause they have the Virtual Console and emulators (which are technically illegal) are missing the point. They aren't the target audience. This will be a great option for people who either never experienced the NES and want an affordable way to get a fairly authentic experience of the highlights and (more importantly) people who want a cheap way to revisit nostalgic old titles. Those ex-gamers from the 80s. I mean, it's a measly $60. I could see it being very successful.
