There are two outcomes to aggressively going mobile in any capacity: outright failure, or a marked shift in the quality we want. There's a reason King and companies that make exclusively games similar to King are the ones succeeding, and it's because of predatory microtransactions. If you want Nintendo to go mobile, you're asking for the world to lose the Nintendo we all want.

Plus, Nintendo isn't even doing anything here besides profiting. They didn't make the game, they licensed somebody else to make it. If anybody seriously wants Nintendo to move it's thousands of employees exclusively to mobile, they likely just don't want to see Nintendo around anymore.

Predicting and wanting are two different things. Because somebody predicts that it could be a serious direction for Nintendo to drop hardware and only do software, it doesn't mean that they want Nintendo to do it.

I don't even think there are that many Nintendo haters on this site but some Nintendo fans on here act like they are being picked on.

If you're predicting Nintendo to go mobile, I have even less sympathy for you. Not that your entire reply isn't effectively a redirection, since nobody has been predicting them to that I've seen - it's all been want.

We're talking about a massive app that's a few days old like it's a permanent installment in Nintendo. This could fall apart a week from now once people get bored of it, or it could redefine mobile gaming. We don't know, and people are going out of their way to suggest that one of the three biggest brand in gaming's first mobile outing is the catalyst for a multi-billion dollar company to leave specifically what's made it those multi-billion dollars. If anybody is predicting at this point he/she is in lala land; if they're wanting, again, probably a sign that they're not the audience Nintendo aims for anyway. You don't need a passive aggressive shot at me to acknowledge that, especially considering I'm generally equally critical to any of the big three, not some apologist.

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
