Nintendo is still going to release the NX. They've gone too far down that path to turn back, now. However, with the rumors we have heard (basically Wii U 2.0), I don't see the NX being a success. Not when it's supposedly underpowered compared to the OG PS4, let alone the Neo. However, the success of Pokemon Go definitely gives Nintendo a path out of console HW. I still hope they publish games on the PS4, but they may just stick to mobile gaming, which is closer to their most successful market, handhelds.
