We need to know it is/has a final evolution and it's base stats first. Corrosion is a cool ability, but that don't mean much if it's sitting somewhere with a sub-500 BST and can't do anything other than what it's ability entails. Earthquake is everywhere in compettive too, thanks in no small part to the Pokemon you mentioned.
