Every single shooter combined with gamepad controls. They range from OK to unplayable for me. When I'm playing shooters on consoles, it feels like the controls are my worst enemy that's also constantly present.

Inverted camera controls that can't be set to non-inverted are also pretty bad. They don't really ruin anything, but I really dislike them.

LittleBigPlanet feels too floaty for me. I mean, the controls don't really ruin it, but what could be a great game is 'just a bit of fun' because of the controls.

A lot of games from the 5th generation have some annoying control schemes. For example, I hate tank controls (Resident Evil etc.). I also recently replayed some Spyro games, and some levels don't really work well with the controls. Mainly it's the camera controls, but some things were also designed in a way where the slightly inaccurate controls of Spyro don't really shine. I really enjoy Spyro games otherwise, but sometimes the camera gets in the way and there's some missions and other situations where the controls don't work very well.

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops had a pretty horrible button configuration, if I recall correctly. I just couldn't play it for very long because of that, even though the game seemed pretty good. I don't remember exactly what was wrong with the button configuration, but I remember I didn't like it at all.
