Yeah, I agree - it puts those E3 awards in even worse light.

Uncharted 4 at E3 2014 only had a pre-rendered in-engine cinematic trailer with no gameplay shown and no demos of any kind to play.  If it had won, it would have been an absolute joke.  The winners of these awards should be based on what was SEEN and PLAYED of the actual GAMEPLAY.  Nathan waking up in the dirt, picking up a gun, and quietly walking into the woods is not worth an award.  Hours of Zelda was shown and thousands played over 30 minutes of the game each.  Evolve was more deserving as it stood in 2014 than Halo 5 and Uncharted 4, which had...basically nothing for people to sink their teeth into.
