Sales on consoles have been getting a lot better in the last few years, I have to admit. But they're still generally not as good as they're on PC. PS+ improves them, but isn't it usually a relatively small effect?
I don't know about store sales you have where you live (they could be excellent for all I know), but I don't think I've seen or heard about many good sales over here. I suppose some could be good, but I really doubt they're still as good as on PC. Sale prices have improved a lot on consoles I'm sure, but PC still beats them.
