I lol'd, you still should have came in with all guns blazing though! It's your right as a person with hands to hold guns in them!!
@OP though, I mean the guy is hardly doing a stellar job right now or for the past number of years, dishing out his duties to more heads could be a great thing especially if he has truly just pumped all his ideas into the Wii-U and they got that system absolutely nowhere. Also yeah other companies have done this practice before Nintendo isn't a pioneer in everything to the point that they're the only company who has ever restructured a position like that.
