He is saying he average" Nintendo game- i have no doubt that Zelda BOW needs more than 2 million sales and a game like Mario Tennis a good bt less than 2 million

Games like Mario Kart, Smash, Splaton etc had substantial advertising campaigns - were as games like Zenoblade, Toad Treasure tracker etc had much lower advertising budgets

In that case, this whole statement is pointless since we never know what game which budget had. It's just a number thrown at the crowd with no concluding information.
