Is this in fact the Zelda game which has had the longest development time? I mean if they are putting that amount of time into the game then I can only imagine that it should hopefully pay off big, I know that Star Fox Zero was in the works for a very long time and that turned out poorly enough, but I don't think that SFZ had half of the development staff figures working on it for that same period of time.

I just actually hope people are going to go out and buy this game, doesn't matter if it's Wii-U or NX if people don't get behind this title which Nintendo seem to think is the next big thing then I could see it really knocking the confidence that Miyamoto has in his own work being out of touch or that the Higher ups in Nintendo might not have faith in him either going forwards if it doesn't sell hardware.

As beautiful as the game looks and as hyped as people were for it at E3, you have to look at Breath of the Wind and remember that it is on a platform which has failed and another which has yet to be shown to the public, if the NX is the Wii 2.0 then Zelda will sell buckets just because the hardware will be flying out the door, but if the NX is the Wii-U2.0 then things will be very different for the title but not because of any fault in the title itself but the platforms it is on.
