Explanation for Lack of Female Hero in Zelda: Breath of the Wild Doesn’t Add Up

It's not a very good explanation, but it's an explanation nonetheless. And it sounds like an explanation that could well be true.

More importantly, I don't see why Link should be forced to be female.
