It makes sense. If there is such thing as an expert in open world design using Wii U hardware then it is Monolith. Anouma would have to be crazy not to utilize their talent. It is obvious that the Wii U hardware is getting pushed to its limits in Breath of the Wild.

Agreed, getting a world as big, seamless, and detailed as XCX to run at a rock solid framerate on Wii U is a testiment to Monolith's programming skills. Hopefully with their help, Breath of Wild can achieve the same technical standard by the time it releases.
