It's unfair (and dumb) to judge a game's framerate on stream. I'm certain there will be some sudden drops (big explosions usually are the cause) or very few drastic drops.
When it comes to Nintendo, they will make sacrifices to have a consistent, steady and respectable framerate. Not visceversa. Also, the game is around 8 months from release so there's plenty of time to fix those kind of problems.
Edit: But I do want to point out that people are reporting noticeable FPS drops.
