How long will it take for MyNintendo to bring physical rewards back?

I still want those DS-3DS cases, it's a shame I could only ask for one. Do you think MyNintendo will bring physical rewards back, like Club Nintendo? And how long are they going to take? Will you be able to purchase those on the Nintendo store with actual money?
