Who ever said anything about casuals? The controls being bad has nothing to do with casuals.

The controls aren't bad, people are bad in this game, they just don't want to assume this.

I am bad at FPS, but i don't blame the controls bc of it. I could get better if i practice it. See, it's not that difficult...
