Anonymous rumours aside, the games shown in VR until now have been, for the most part, tech demos. Even the ones that are the most fleshed out are not that deep compared to regular games. So when those games do arrive, and they start asking for power, they are going to find themselves terribly constricted. And I don't think VR can survive as a bussiness with just indie titles, the big companies will have to come too or it will be ignored in time.

Almost all PSVR games run at 60fps "reprojected" to 120fps. This is very important as the PSVR will have a 33% performance save over Rift and Vive as they need to output at 90fps (not to mention slightly higher res) This allows PSVR to catch up in the graphics department despite not being as powerful as a 970.

I've read 100s of PSVR impressions and have not seen a single complaint about the 60fps. Iv even seen a youtuber claim their wasn't much difference between PSVR and Rift after playing EVE:Valkyrie on both at GDC.

If you look at current 1080p/60fps titles on PS4 this is at best what we could expect from AAA PSVR games, witch is fine honestly. (Probably a little less as it needs to be 100% locked with no dips)
