Mylanta this is difficult. His movies are all good (at the very least) and fantastic, but for different reasons. I have to say, the music of Interstellar sold it for me. I could listen to that soundtrack all the time. So emotionally overwhelming of music. You could probably mute the entire dialogue of that movie and just leave the music and it would still be phenomenal (no subtitles either).
