Driver issues, spying on every single thing you do even offline, DX12 still hasn't delivered anything of real value, plus the problems that always follow a new OS. I would never upgrade before it has at least one major service pack, and I would very much like for the possibility to turn off the excessive info gathering from my private files as well.
When I bought my laptop, I found out that the network card in that just doesn't work with Win 8.1, 8.1 was already pre-installed so I couldn't roll back either. Still today, years after 8.1 patch, the issue is not fixed and my laptop has no wifi, which makes it pretty close to useless as far as laptops go, I actually had to buy an external USB moden for wifi. I'm expecting no less trouble from Windows 10, especially since I have real monster rig now, and last I heard, there are still driver issues with my GPU.
So those are at least some reasons why I don't want to upgrade yet.
