We have estimations from reliable sources, leaks and numbers from official sources (NPD, gfk, MC). Estimations that have been put forward to you in this very thread, with direct comparisons showing that Uncharted 4 is coming out on top by a clear distance. We know that Naughty Dog as a team has increased drastically in size since they expanded to 2 teams, and we know that ND have a project in the works for the last ~12 Months at least, which tells us that the entire ~300 person team was not working on Uncharted 4 for the full dev cycle.

All this has already been posted to you and explained in detail.

If you aren't happy with the 2.7 Million units in one week then what were you expecting from Uncharted 4, considering that we know this is already by far the best launch that Naughty Dog has ever had?

We have an amalgamation of data with shipped vs. sold and estimations vs. actual numbers over different time periods. I don't think that is very conducive to discussing whether sales met expectations. And again, Uncharted 4's legs and the budget are major factors in this as well.

It's also likely that the 170 person team was split between UC3 and TLoU unless you believe TLoU was made in only 1.5 years. Both games had split teams. Difference was a 300 person team being split vs. a 170 person team being split.

I don't know what I was expecting, I'd have to see the budget of the game. And I also believe the legs are very important, but overall I think LTD of 12-15m for this type of game would be good assuming no excessive bundling or the price being slashed excessively, which would change this a bit.

It's easy to say UC4 outperformed UC3 or TLoU, but when you see TLoU legs, it seems they will end up very close to each other LTD, which imo is not much of a success.

I know I have tried to leave this alone but tha statement kind fo stood out for me...if you don't even know what you were expecting then how can you argue that the game didn't meet expectations AND why? I mean it just doesn't make any sense at all to be honest.

Also your first paragraph we have VERY reliable data for sales regarding UC2,3 4 and TLOU so that's why the comparissions have been made. And from the ACTUAL DATA we have all of your claims have been disputed and you are hanging on to the Biggest marketing in Playstation history, unknown budget and assumptions on the team sizes and saying it did not meet expectations. So hard data suggestions that it did amazing so far.

And again LT sales we will see later on but AS OF NOW with the HARD DATA(not assumptions and guess work) that we have it has done AMAZING...why not just leave it at that? Because nothing you have not provided any DATA that suggest anything different. Assumptions are one thing IF BACKED UP BY DATA...but you have given no data at all. You say you don't know it at all because only Sony knows all that other stuff you are guessing on. So I guess I am at a loss as to what you are standing on here. If you gave some data that contradicts everything that we knew I am sure you would not be getting the flack that you are getting. I don't know man....it jsut seems off
