I am not taking away from the success of Final Fantasy, it’s a well-placed franchise but let’s not forget FF has been available to many though out the years. As for your last post. Halo 5 isnt just a modest success, Halo 5 has done wonders, just because the game didnt sell aswell as there previous game doesnt mean the franchise is dieing or on the decline. Game sales is only part of the Halo Universe. Star Wars doesnt have to sell many DvDs to make money, it earns its money off heaps of other things, much like Halo. I dont need to defend Halo because money talks and thats exactly what Halo is doing, $500m in its first week is something not many games can do (Hence i said not many games). As for FF being known outside of gaming i have no clue, i am sure if you ask anybody that are not into games what FF or Halo is they will say most likely say "Isnt that a game" and i am pretty sure FF isnt as big as Halo when it comes to merchandise and books eand life outside of gaming etc.

I Was refering to the Sucess of Halo Outside of Gaming 11.5 Millions of combined numbers of Art Book, Novels, Comic Books, and others.

Final Fantasy sold 4+ Millions of DVD with just 1 Movie and even so isn't enought to make it well known outside of Gaming, and Final Fantasy wasn't a Mult-million Seller until the early 90s because Final Fantasy 1, 2, 3, were only avaliable on Japan, The Only main-titles avaliable for PC was FF 7, and 8,  it was when Internet was niche, Final Fantasy never was in 2 consoles at the same time (in the same generation) until Final Fantasy XIII.

Star Wars is a Movie Franchise well known  for people who don't even see movies, this is much more popular than Halo, only a  very few Franchises  are able to claim that, like Pokemon, Sonic, Mario, Megaman, Street Fighter.

FF7 was sold as a psyical game for PCs, the net had nothihng to do with it.. Not sure why you brought that up.

Nothing is as popular then Star Wars, However Halo is alot more popular then Street Fighter, Megaman, Sonic and the only 2 exceptions in your list is Mario and Pokemon. I dont think you get it do you, Halo brings in more money then most of your list of games your claiming are bigger. If you dont think Halo is a big franchise because you dont play them, doesnt mean its not big. Not everything is based off your taste and opinion. Halo hosts one of the bigger E-Sports, it sells on anything, and it also rakes in millions. Tell me how much SF5, Megaman and Sonic rake in and lets compare it to the game you dont think is very big at all. I bet Halo 5 earned more money then those 3 games combined.

Your profile stats your only 16, that explains alot in this debate. Iv been playing WoW alone for 11 years. Trust me iv been gaming alot longer then you have, and to let you know, iv been gaming before you were even born. Its a sad life i have however i am no longer going to continue this debate with you since your not even researching your claims. I dont debate without facts. So unless you want to prove to me that Halo isnt a big franchise, and that SF5, Megaman and Sonic are, ill continue.

I will bet you Halo 5 has made more money then all 3 mention and no, Street Fighter, Megaman and Sonic are no where near as popular as Star Wars. Halo is in a different league compared to those games. Its more in the league of Mario.
