If people dont like on first sight most likely they want like it at all, thats why they need good evil, and good and strong marketing, they dont need long time, actually long time between review and launch can be counterproductive. There is no need to reveal any product year or so before launch, just look how today technical product are revile just few months before launch.

Like what? A Phone? A TV? Its not the same thing. You know what you are getting with those. Its not like one TV has channels other TVs dont have or you can only call certain people from certain phones. You cant wait until the last minute to reveal a console. Thats just not a smart move.
