Media Molecule have the advantage of being low-staffed.
Compared to the likes of Naughty Dog (~300), Polyphony Digital (~150), Santa Monica (~200) and Guerrilla Games (~250), Media Molecule are a baby studio with around 50 employees. Possibly worth keeping on, if only to fill up spots at conventions and provide content for VR.
