Also Disney capitalizes better than any other company with Merchandise and Amusement, something only Universal seems to be capable rival for. Warner Brother did the first wise thing with the franchise and get rid of Zack Synder vision which will help them along. However they have yet to fill the void left by Nolan Batman and Harry Potter, so they do have to be more concerned than DC at the moment. Also so you are telling me they did not expect to beat Batman movies? 

Again with your own very logic, if Batman V Superman was not going to rival MCU's Avengers, but some how Captain America is, just explain that to me. 

Civil War is an Avengers movie - I know since I saw it yesterday. It even has the budget of one. You think Disney isn't worried, I think they are. We're both free to believe what we want.
