What Emily Rogers said is nothing more than another rumor, and trying to say which rumors were right or wrong because of another, newer rumor, is a flawled idea.
For example, those two rumors you've linked say that it's more powerful than a PS4, and yet the Emily Rogers one says that it's about the power of the XboxOne.
