How much does current 3DS chips use? do they go 20-30watts for the intire system?

You would need a insane battery on a handheld to have a system that uses upwards of 30watts.

Shrugs, I thought 10 watts was its max power output, it rendered that Unreal 4 engine demo at 10 watts:

Here's a Tegra X1 Jetson system on chip, you can see it's tiny, it's about the size of a credit card and this one is a 10 watt SoC:
