Nintendo Never had a "normal controller"

During the earlier days of gaming, when all was trial and error, a controller like the N64 one wouldn't be that weird, but in today's landscape, most gamers have a very specific layout-design in mind. The Gamecube and the Pro controller are the ones most suited for today's tastes.

My choice for a controller would be a slightly bigger version of the GC controller with a DS sized touchscreen in the middle.
