That would be odd. I mean, sure, the Smash deal must have been really good for NB, but making one of the biggest fighting series they have exclusive to a system that has yet to prove itself is unlikely. Plus, the competitive fighting audience is mostly on PS4 due to it hogging games like SFV and other fighters. I could see a remake of Soul Calibur 2 for the NX, though.
If we are talking about BN, why not making another of those Pacman World platformers? How good were those?
