Bucky saved Captain America at the end of The Winter Soldier. He definitely has reasons to think that his old friend is still there. Who can blame a guy who can save the only friend he's had? 

If I sound blunt, please forgive me, 'cause it is not what I want (pesky phone typing...). Anywho, if The Widow and Falcon are not to be seen as real friends after all the sh17 that went on in TWS, I don't know what could be called so.
